This set of ergonomically designed barbells allows you to perform a wide range of exercises safely in your own home or at the gym. The set comes with 1 barbell, 2 dumbbells and 16 weight plates.
The barbell set has chromed bars with spring tension on the barbell and anti-slip grips and screw caps on the dumbbells, so that the weights can be secured safely. You can train without worrying about safety.
The weights are made with a robust PE casing. They can be combined in different ways for different exercises.
Delivery includes 1 x barbell, 2 x dumbbell, 6 x 1.25 kg weight, 4 x 2.5 weight, 4 x 5 kg weight, 2 x 10 kg weight and 6 screw caps.
