This ergonomic barbell set has a total weight of 30 kg (2 x 15 kg).
The dumbbells have non-slip plastic handles so you can train without having to worry about the dumbbells slipping out of your hands or falling. The screw caps have star bolts to ensure that the weight plates are always firmly and safely attached to the bar. The barbell is made of strong metal.
